The Delaware State Police have arrested a female for vehicular assault after she struck a small child in a west Magnolia neighborhood.

MAGNOLIA: A 2 year old boy was air lifted to A.I. DuPont Hospital in serious condition shortly before 4:00 P.M. Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a reckless driver. That driver, 30 year old Kenyanna S. Suarez, of Magnolia, was operating a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche northbound on Nascar Lane from Irish Hill Road when she struck the child.
