The Delaware State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted subject in connection with numerous domestic related crimes.

HARRINGTON (DE): According to Gary Fournier, spokesman for Delaware State Police, Richard E. Cramer, 59 of Harrington, is wanted for five counts of Harassment, five counts of Criminal Contempt of a Domestic Violence Protective Order, and one count of Terroristic Threatening. He is also wanted out of Kent County Family Court and Superior Court for capiases.
