New Castle County Police Criminal Investigations Unit have arrested 53-year old Stephen Forbes and charged him with 25 counts of felony, Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

TOWNSEND (DE): Police say that on Friday, October 27th, they were summoned to the community of Odessa National in reference to a report of child pornography. Patrol officers investigated and found sufficient evidence that was revealed that merited a response from the New Castle County Police Criminal Investigations Unit, where detectives assumed the investigation.

According to police spokesman, Michel Eckerd, Detectives obtained a search warrant and were able to arrest and charge Stephen Forbes with 25 counts of felony, Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

Stephen Forbes was arraigned at New Castle County Police Headquarters and is currently being held at Howard Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $1,250,000 secured bail.
