Food Truck Friday’s is from March to August and is held on the last Friday of each month.
BELLEFONTE (DE): “Food Truck Friday’s” kicked off Friday night at Pecos Liquors in Bellefonte. Three featured food trucks with various foods and drinks was on hand from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 pm. The three trucks were WiLDWiCH, I Don’t Give a Fork, and Mojo Loco, and New Belgium Brewing Tap took over at the growler bar.
Sandwiches, soups, salads, tacos, and more, all available at Food Truck Friday’s. Here’s a look at some of the trucks on display Friday night:

New Belgium Brewing Company, a 100% employee-owned brewery and maker of Fat Tire Belgian Style Ale, La Folie, Voodoo Ranger IPA, 1554 and other Belgian-inspired beers, began operations in a tiny Fort Collins basement in 1991.

Francine’s son Ed Mulvihill has followed in the tradition of his family. Recently graduating from St. Joesph’s University in 2011, Ed has contributed to meeting the needs of the store’s customer by organizing wine tastings, selecting new products, and handling the store’s marketing. In 2013 Ed lead the charge for filling growlers in Delaware. Ed coordinated with state officials and fellow retailers, in drafting and ultimately passing legislation that allowed liquor retailers in Delaware to fill Growlers. Peco’s was the first store to open their growler bar.
