Wilmington (DE): The Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division from the Wilmington Police Department have arrested three people in connection with a drug investigation. One of the suspects was arrested at a later time, according to a news release from Wilmington Police.
Police said on April 16, they executed search warrants in the 800 block of Kirkwood Street and the 500 block of West 38th Street in Wilmington, along with the unit block of Ansonia Court in Newark.
According to police spokesman, David Karas, “Police took 38-year-old Jamaine Guy and 34-year-old Corianne Frazier into custody without incident. Police took 41-year-old Cornelius Johnson into custody without incident at a later time.”

Guy was charged with the following offenses:
Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Tier 3 Quantity), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Tier 3 Quantity), Conspiracy (2nd Degree), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $7,700 secured bail.
Johnson was charged with the following offenses: Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Tier 3 Quantity), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Tier 3 Quantity), Conspiracy (2nd Degree), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $72,100 cash-only bail.
