Dover (DE): Dover Police say they are investigating a burglary at Dover Children’s Village that occurred on Saturday, June 20th. Between 4:39PM-4:46PM.
Dover Children’s Village is a child care center.
Police say an unknown male suspect gained entry into the building through a rear window. Once inside, the suspect stole various items and fled on foot from the main entrance door.
According to police spokesman Mark Hoffman, “The suspect was seen on surveillance video and is described as a light-complected male, average height and build, wearing a black hat, dark shirt with stripes on the sleeves, orange and yellow traffic safety vest, dark jeans, and black shoes.”
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous.
