Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 5:24 a.m. in the unit block of East 13th Street.
WILMINGTON (DE) 07/17/20|13:24: Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting in the unit block of East thirteenth street that injured a 16-year-old boy.
Police say they responded to the area just before 5:30 am. Saturday morning but the victim had already arrived at the hospital. He was listed in stable condition.
