The shooting is the second shooting incident in two days in the same block that has injured at least three people.
WILMINGTON (DE): Wilmington Police say they are investigating another shooting in the 2300 block of Carter Street in Wilmington’s east side.
The victims, who are both in stable condition at a local hospital, were shot just before 8:30 Thursday night. The 18-year-old victim was treated by EMS and transported to a local hospital while the other victim arrived at the hospital by private vehicle.
Just two days ago, police were investigating a shooting in the same block that injured a 24-Year-Old man.
