Police investigating shooting at 8th & Monroe Streets

A 23-year-old man was shot Sunday night in the 800 block of North Monroe Street police say.

WILMINGTON (DE): Police say they are investigating a shooting incident that left a Wilmington man in stable condition at a local hospital.

Officers arrived Sunday in the 800 block of North Monroe Street where they found the injured man. He was treated and transported to a local hospital police say.
