DEVELOPING: Delaware State Police are investigating an accident that occurred at N. Dupont Hywy & Hessler Blvd this afternoon. The accident occurred at the intersection of Rte 13 & Hessler Blvd.

Delaware Newsline​ was at the scene when the accident occurred. New Castle County Paramedics​ arrived on scene and began assessing victims.

According to police spokeswoman Heather Pepper, there were no injuries and the roadway was not closed.
