WILMINGTON (DE): In an effort to track down Wilmington’s worst killers, the Wilmington Police Department’s Cold Case Unit is asking for the assistance of the public in connection to the 2017 murder of Samantha Neuwein.

Police say it happened on July 12, 2017, when officers responded to the 300 block of Shipley Street and found 35-year-old Samantha Neuwein in her apartment suffering from multiple wounds. She died as a result of her injuries.
