Wilmington Police chased a vehicle to Memorial Drive late Saturday evening.

Delaware Newsline was on the scene when the chase ended. After the suspect was taken into custody, police removed an assault looking riffle from the vehicle.

It’s unknown why the vehicle was being pursued by officers.

Delaware Newsline have reached out to Wilmington Police for information on this incident several times.

Police have yet to respond.
