According to court records, Freeman was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $1,190,000 cash-only bail.
WILMINGTON (DE): Wilmington Police say they have arrested 38-year-old Dashan Freeman of Chester, Pennsylvania with the shooting death of a 36-year-old Vincent Flowers of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.
Police say the shooting occurred back in June.
According to a news release, police were dispatched to the 300 block of East 13th Street just before 1:30 a.m. on June 25th in reference to a shooting.

Responding officers located a 33-year-old female gunshot victim and a 36-year-old male gunshot victim, and both were transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Police say the male victim later succumbed to his injuries.
Detectives identified 38-year-old Dashan Freeman of Chester, Pennsylvania, as a suspect through their investigation and the case was presented on August 24 to a New Castle County Grand Jury, which returned an indictment.
Freeman was located and taken into custody on September 23, and has been charged with Murder (First Degree), Assault (First Degree), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Burglary (First Degree), and Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited.
