Delaware State Police released the names of the victims who were involved in a shooting incident on October 2,2020 as 30-year-old Malik X. Miller of Wilmington and 28-year-old Tymir Mason of Wilmington.
NEW CASTLE (DE) 10/02/20: Delaware State Police are investigating an early Friday morning shooting at Casablanca Restaurant near New Castle that left two Wilmington men dead.
Just after 1:00 a.m., troopers responded to the restaurant’s parking lot for a report of a shooting that occurred.
The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit was on the scene investigating and collecting evidence in the parking lot, which is located about a mile outside the city of Wilmington in the 4000 block of North Dupont Highway.
“Upon arrival, troopers located a 28-year-old male from Wilmington with a gunshot wound to the upper body. Shortly after, it was discovered a 30-year-old male from Wilmington suffered a gunshot wound to his upper body and was transported from the scene to a nearby hospital by private vehicle where he was pronounced deceased.,” said police spokeswoman Heather Pepper.
