Police located the shooting victim at a local hospital where he arrived by private vehicle
WILMINGTON (DE): A 47-year-old Wilmington man is in stable condition after being shot in Wilmington Tuesday night.
Police say the victim was shot shortly after 5:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Jessup Street.
