25-Year-Old Woman identified after being stabbed in Wilmington

WILMINGTON (DE): Wilmington Police say they are investigating a fatal stabbing incident that claimed the life of a 25-year-old woman.

Police say the attack occurred Thursday just before midnight in the 200 block of West 4th Street.

Officers located the 25-year-old victim, who was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

On Friday, Police identified the victim as 25-year-old Tierra Herring.
