WILMINGTON (DE): Wilmington Police say they have arrested and charged three juveniles and recovered a stolen vehicle moments after a carjacking that occurred on the city’s westside.
Police say officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of West 8th Street on Friday November 20 around 9:15 p.m. for a report of a carjacking.
According to a news release, responding officers located the vehicle less than a block away, and took three suspects into custody.

Police charged a 13-year-old male with Robbery (First Degree), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Assault (Second Degree), Conspiracy (Second Degree), and Resisting Arrest.
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $132,500 cash-only bail.
A second 13-year-old male has been charged with Robbery (First Degree), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Assault (Second Degree), Conspiracy (Second Degree), and Resisting Arrest.
