WILMINGTON (DE): A 19-year-old man who was shot in Browntown Wednesday night is in critical condition, Wilmington Police say.
Wilmington Police say they are investigating the shooting that occurred just after 5:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Stroud Street.
Police did not release much information but said officers located the victim, who was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
