Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that left one man dead and another hospitalized.
WILMINGTON (DE): Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that occurred around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night in the 800 block of North Monroe Street.
According to police, officers located a 22-year-old man with gunshot(s) wounds. Police say the victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. At the hospital, officers located a 28-year-old man who was also shot at the same location. Police say he is listed in stable condition.
Police did not release any other information but said the incident remains “under investigation and further details will be released when possible.”
