NCCPD Asking For Help With 2015 Cold Case that claimed the lives of two young men

Any information could potentially be used to bring criminals to justice and provide peace for the families of these two young men.

NEW CASTLE (DE): Two young men are dead, Gone forever, and their families are still searching for answers while police continue to search for new clues and new witnesses in their case. 

Homicide Detectives at New Castle County Police say the two were shot dead at the Vinings at Christiana Apartments in Newark on Monday, January 12th, 2015. 

According to police, when the officers arrived at the apartment complex just after 7:15 p.m., they located two victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims died as a result of their injuries.

The first victim was identified as 20-year-old, La’Hmeer Carter who was found in the area of 900 Vinings Way. The second victim was identified as 32-year-old, Brian Eller who was found in the area of 700 Vinings Way.

A standing, cash reward is offered in exchange for information deemed to benefit the investigation or lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for committing the crime.
