Two people who were shot in less than five hours a part are in stable condition at a local area hospital police say.
WILMINGTON (DE) 02/04/21: Wilmington Police say just after 1:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of North Claymont Street to investigate a shooting after a 31-year-old male gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital in stable condition. While the details are unknown, police ask anyone with information to contact Detective Charles Puit at (302) 576-3628.
Then just before 6:00 p.m. Police were summoned to another scene at in the 600 block of West 27th Street. Officers arrived and located a 13-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. Police say anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact Detective Brendan Wham at (302) 576-3661.
