Shooting victim who walked into hospital is in stable condition

Wilmington Police are investigating an early morning shooting that left a 20-Year-Old Wilmington man injured.

WILMINGTON (DE) BY DIGITAL NEWS STAFF: A 20-Year-Old Wilmington man who walked into a local area hospital with a gunshot wound is in stable condition Wilmington Police say.

Police are investigating the shooting in the 2900 block of Bowers Street in the city’s Riverside Community. Police say the victim is in stable condition after walking into a local hospital around 10:45 a.m Sunday morning.

The Wilmington Police Department Victim Services Unit is available to provide support, information and referrals to those who are victims of crime, and can be reached at (302) 576-3622.
