A 35-Year-Old Wilmington man was shot and rushed to a hospital in stable condition early Tuesday afternoon police said.

WILMINGTON (DE) BY DIGITAL STAFF: Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that sent a Wilmington man to the hospital in stable condition early Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the shooting happened around 2:52 p.m. in the unit block of West 27th Street. 

Responding officers located the victim, who was transported to a local area hospital in stable condition.
