WILMINGTON (DE) BY DIGITAL STAFF: A 72-Year-Old Wilmington man is behind bars after threatening another man with a gun following a verbal argument at a Wilmington shopping center Saturday morning, police said.
Police say troopers were on patrol in the Branmar Shopping Center around 11:00 a.m. in the 1800 block of Marsh Road, when they were flagged down by a man who told them he was threatened with a gun by a man he was in an argument with.

According to police, the investigation determined that a 56-year-old male and Robert Lewis engaged in a verbal argument in the parking lot. Police say during the argument, Lewis entered his vehicle and retrieved a firearm and brandished the weapon at the victim.
The victim was uninjured during the incident., police said.
Troopers located a loaded Colt King Cobra .357 Magnum revolver handgun on Lewis’ waist band area on scene. He was then taken into custody without incident and transported to Delaware State Police Troop 1 and charged with Aggravated Menacing (Felony).
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #11 and committed to Howard R Young Correctional Institution.
