Two shooting incidents, Three shot, 1 dead within three days in same Wilmington neighborhood

WILMINGTON (DE) BY DIGITAL STAFF: Just three days ago, a 19-Year-Old was shot and killed and a 23-Year-Old was injured during a shooting that occurred just blocks away, and now police say they are investigating yet another shooting that injured a 37-Year-Old man.

Police say the Tuesday night shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. in area of Pleasant and Van Buren Streets. Patrol officers located the 37-year-old victim at a local area hospital. The victim is in stable condition police say.

This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
