On Monday June 01, 1981, Delaware State Police responded to an apartment at 129 E. Third Street in the city of Old New Castle. It’s not known why police was sent to the apartment but when troopers arrived, they discovered a female who was deceased. Investigators say, 25-Year-Old Linda M. O’Day suffered fatal stab wounds.
