1985-Bart Spayd (26): On Thursday July 11, 1985, Delaware State Police responded to a residence at 2195 Pleasant Valley Road, Newark, Delaware for a report of a shooting that had just occurred. Investigators say When troopers arrived, they located two victims, Thomas Garvey (29) and Bart Spayd (26). Lying outside of Garvey’s residence with multiple gunshot wounds.
