On Friday January 27, 1989, Delaware State Police responded to Beech Street in the city of Wilmington for a report of a deceased female. When Troopers arrived, they discovered the deceased body of 29-Year-Old Deborah Reese. Investigators say the victim was found under the I-95 viaduct with blunt force trauma to the head.
