On Sunday April 26, 2015, Delaware State Police responded to Route 9 South at Hamburg Road in New Castle, Delaware, where Troopers located the body of a female on the side of the road.

Investigators say the victim, later identified as 36-Year-Old Lisa McCrossan, was last seen leaving Christiana Hospital on Saturday, April 25th, 2015, and was discovered along the shoulder of River Road south of Hamburg Road.
