On March 08, 2015, Delaware State Police responded to I-495 and Rte. 13 in New Castle, Delaware for a motor vehicle crash, however, when troopers they arrived, they discovered 32-Year-Old Shelton Johns was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators say the Victim was shot multiple times while he was a passenger inside of a vehicle traveling on Interstate 495. The suspects were firing from another vehicle that was following the victim.
