Hazel Mason (48): On 01/17/1975 at approximately 11:50 a.m., Milford Police Department received a check the welfare for Hazel Mason, 48 years old, after she did not report to work. At approximately 12:20 p.m., Officers made forced entry into the home and located Ms. Mason lying on the floor deceased. Her body was turned over the Medical Examiner’s Office where it was determined that she died from being strangled. Investigators determined that there were no signs or evidence of burglary or sexual assault in this investigation.
