Jason Mills (23) 02/25/16: Troopers said that at around 11 p.m. Thursday, Bayhealth Kent General Hospital staffers contacted the Dover Police Department to report that a man suffering from gunshot wounds had been driven to the hospital in a private vehicle. When officers arrived at the hospital, they found out that the victim died from his injuries and that the incident had occurred in the Capitol Park development, which falls under state police jurisdiction. DSP homicide detectives and evidence technicians took over the investigation and went to the 200 block of South Governors Boulevard where they said shell casings were located in a yard.
