GEORGETOWN, DE (DNTV): 20-Year-Old Terrance Frisby of Georgetown is dead and police have arrested two suspects but was it a planned attack on the victim or a home invasion gone bad?
Police say that Jaron Curtis and Kevin Stone, who are both behind bars were responsible for the homicide. They are facing several serious felony charges including Murder 1st Degree (Felony), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony), and Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony).
The incident began on on February 27, 2023, when at approximately 8:28 p.m., the Georgetown Police Department responded to the Dunbarton Apartments for a reported shooting. That’s when officers located Frisby suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside an apartment.
At the request of the Georgetown police Department, The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit assumed the investigation, as a result, a preliminary investigation by Homicide Detectives revealed that the victim did not live in the apartment but was a visitor.
Detectives say at the time of the shooting, a female knocked on the apartment door and that’s when Frisby answered and let the female in. Once the female was inside the apartment, Detectives say an unknown male suspect forced the apartment door open and shot the victim several times. The suspect then fled on foot.
Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries., police said.

On March 3, 2023, a search warrant was conducted by members of the Maryland State Police and the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force at a residence on Bethel Road, in Berlin, MD.
