WILMINGTON, DE (DNTV): Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 12:02 a.m., in the 100 block of East 23rd Street.
Police say the victim, a 29-year-old man was located by officers who arrived at a local area hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say he is in stable condition.
Police did not provide any other details or a motive for the shooting but cited that the incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
