WILMINGTON, DE (DNTV): Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 11:47 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Franklin Street.

Police say officers located a 26-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

“This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.,” said police spokesman Dave Karas.
