WILMINGTON, DE (DNTV): Wilmington Police are continuing to request the assistance of the public to identify a shooting suspect.

On August 9, at approximately 7:13 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 300 block of East 9th Street, in reference to a shooting incident. Upon arrival, police located a 16-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

This case has been assigned to Detective Anthony Ford of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Detective Ford obtained a surveillance image of the suspect, which is included with this release.
